Negotiator Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 Can anyone advise me concerning the clause to be inserted in an Assured Shortfold Tenancy Agreement? with regard to the new tenancy deposit scheme. The Deposit Protection Service (ie: the custodial scheme) has already sent a sample paragraph of text, for inclusion, to their members. others will no doubt follow shortly.
