kanrent
Is a tenancy agreement and a section 21 a legal document Because if they are that would mean that councils are advising tenants to break the law by telling them to stay put after an eviction notice has been served on them, maybe the courts could take sides with the councils and advise people to break the law also
Carryon Regardless
It's civil law, so not really breaking 'the law'. The Gov't and local councils have been using us to compensate their lack of social support for a long time. We still have the right to claim for our losses againt a T though. If they stay they pay, the trick is having a g'tor or such to be able to claim from.
