Mortitia
Are you expecting to get applicants from non EU countries? I try and avoid them - difficult to reference and fibbing seem to be part of some nationalities' culture.
Richlist
Yes. I nearly always get some non European applicants. I do try to stick with professionals.....engineers, medical, teaching, law, IT etc.Don't usually have problems with references or their ability to qualify for rent guarantee insurance.Had tenants from...Australia, NZ, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Indian subcontinent. Those working for large company's or the Gov usually pass all the checks.....it's those chancers arriving with no job, no visa or working for small firms that are likely to be a problem. All my usual selection criteria is still applied irrespective of where they come from.
