missslouisa Posted September 11, 2013 Report Share Posted September 11, 2013 I have a property in highly desirable rental area underoccupied ... was successfully let for almost 10 years until ... the other landlord /joint owner moved in with their spouse and have refused to match previous rent or acknowlegde the local market rates I´m not based locally, any ideas how to get the vacanyproperty occupied or get the to leave ... Normally letting the property to yourself or family is not permitted. 3. If your lease requires freeholder permission to let I doubt your current arrangement will be approved. 4.
