Gill Posted August 25, 2006 Report Share Posted August 25, 2006 Hi again, yet another question. We are converting a former care home in to 7 self contained, sheltered accommodation units. The care home was classed as 1 unit for council tax purposes but with the conversion we are planning, will it mean the property will be re-classified as separate units, each attracting their own council tax?
