topsyturvy Posted August 25, 2006 Report Share Posted August 25, 2006 My tenant's last rental payment for 14 days of rent only was paid to me from their security bond on their date of leaving and not on my usual rental payment day, and therefore I incurred bank charges as I assumed my rent would be in my account to cover my direct debits.
