kate928
Just wondering if anyone knew if there was any guidelines about putting wood floors on any floors above the ground floor? The property is a victoria terrace in south london. The upper floor is being developed and currently has floorboards to which we can hear everything - people walking about and talking but we think they are going to put laminate throughout the flat. Any advice would be most helpful - Thanks
