schocca
I've used Mortgage Express for my Student Rental property. No problems so far, but there are fees... Good luck... Simon.
Reg
I got a buy-to-let mortgage from mortgage express over two years ago. My first tennant was DSS. This was technically breaking my mortgage terms and conditions, but i made sure my insurance covered DSS (it also covered students). As long as your insurance covers students then i personally wouldn't tell mortgage express, if you keep paying your mortgage payments each month they wont hassle you.
