Tuscan Posted August 1, 2006 Report Share Posted August 1, 2006 We are emigrating to New Zealand shortly and have bought a flat to let while we are in NZ. We have had a couple of agents in to see the property and explain their terms etc. They all seem to have pages of Terms and conditions that they want you to sign (obviously) but I was wondering if anyone had seen a contract that, (as the Landlord) I could get the agent to sign. It seems to me that all the rights are with them because you have signed their contract but they have no responsibility to you as they have not signed anything.
