fleming Posted July 10, 2006 Report Share Posted July 10, 2006 Do you have a 9 month tenancy agreement based on lunar months (ie 4 weekly) ? That sounds very odd. If you mean it is now a monthly periodic tenancy then yes it would end on the 4th of which ever month you wish the tenancy to end.
