diehard Posted July 9, 2006 Report Share Posted July 9, 2006 hi again folks if i have to reissue a new notice it will have to be 21 (4)(a) as the lease expired on the 5th july - will the new notice expire on the 4th or 5th of october 2006 - also as tenant has now got a solicitor can i serve the repossession on him, as well as the tenant to make sure its delivered lease was from 5th january 2006 to 5th july 2006 all help greatly appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
