Axelf41 Posted June 28, 2006 Report Share Posted June 28, 2006 I have a tenant in my property - she moved in circa 1994. I have since lost the Assured Shorthold agreement which was drawn up. I sent her notice to leave, as I wish to sell the property- but she insists she is an assured tenant and refuses to budge ! She has always paid her rent on time and in full. Any ideas how I can retrieve my property ? I would really like to put it on the market but not really feasible financially with a sitting tenant. Any ideas ??
