Ive seen it mentioned on this foum but with soo many similar letting programmes around its difficult to decide which one to invest in. Glad for ANY help. T. It does all of the accounting, scheduling, maintenance logs, and manages all of our tenants, units, and leases. It tracks all of my payments, late fees, and expenses.
