gwc Posted April 15, 2006 Report Share Posted April 15, 2006 Hi to all. I bought a flat in 1998 from a friend, it had a sitting tenant who paid a rent of £73 per c/m. The flat is in need of repair and needs bringing up to standard. The rent the tenant pays is still the same, i really need to move the tenant to do so, then i can charge an applicable rent.
