energy consumption and smart homes

Evening everybody,

My name is Richard Smith and i am a student at Loughborough University. My final year research project is investigating the use of smart home technologies within the domestic environment. One sample group i am very interested in getting opinions from is landlords due to the differences in owner occupier.
