I would be grateful for your advice I own property jointly with my partner I am a member of a deposit scheme. I have registered the deposit in my name(with my partners authorisation) as there is no option to register this in 2 names. Does anyone know how to get around this. Mortitia Posted June 9, 2012 Report Share Posted June 9, 2012 Why do you feel you need to both register a deposit? Just like there is a 'lead tenant' there is a 'lead landlord'.
