palmers80 Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 Hi All My tenant has been issued a section 21 a notice which is due to expire next week, month runs from 13th - 12th. I am trying to complete in preperation an N5B form but am stuck on section 5.... I know the courts will throw anything out if one little thing is wrong and their are no guidance notes available from the courts. Where i am asked about the date the section 21 expires, do i put the date from the section 21 or the 13th? Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
