Who's good to use with cover for malicious damage, alternative accomodation, don't need you to drain the system down immediately and have a long unoccupancy period? We looked at Aviva and were referred to Alan Boswell where the main policy is underwritten by MMA Insurance who I have never heard of. Any tips most welcome!
