Antnkel Posted June 19, 2011 Report Share Posted June 19, 2011 Hi all, End of last year I had to rent out my house in order to buy the house I wanted.( my house wouldn't of sold quick enough ) Anyway I looked into it got a lawpack and did an ast and rented it out without many conditions in it. You would only insert a special clause if say, you did not want the tenant hang washing out or only park 1 car on the drive etc. You can download an AST from this site which is fine and I have some in use right now or get one from other Landlord site.
