fiffie Posted June 7, 2011 Report Share Posted June 7, 2011 Good morning. Just a quick question. We are about to make an application to the court to evict our lovely non-paying tenant. Have done it the right way - S21, she agreed to go on 25th of May but hasn't, so we are left with no option to issue court proceedings. When the court contacts her, I understand it will be by recordered delivery which she will obviously refuse, so I guess the letter will be returned to court and then what happens, will they try to re-send? and anybody know approximately how much it will cost us?
