landlordhelpneeded
hi all, I've had a few problems with tenants disputing some the condition of some rooms on check-out after comparing the property to the inventory when they checked-in. the problem i have is the original inventory just says "fair condition" or "good condition" which is open to debate as it is an opinion of the inventory clerk. If i went around the property with a video camera (im thinking one that has gps built in to verify time, date and exact location) would this then be admissible in court if i ever needed to take it that far? I'm just thinking that the video would show the EXACT condition when the tenant checks in. Any advice (especially from any legal buffs) would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
