This coupled with an inadequate level of service, poor communication and inefficient management makes you question the fees you have to pay. You do have the power to change agents and it’s easier than you think. I recently started to investigate leasehold Block management and found that it was quite easy to take control of our block. We saved ourselves and our neighbours 27% on annual charges. If you currently own a leasehold apartment and require some advice on how to reduce your charges and change Managing Agents then drop me an email and Ill send you more details across.
