Just wrtie to the tenant saying that now thei initial six months is up the tenancy has gone periodic. That means that tenant and landlord carry on as before observing the conditions set out in the tenancy agreement. I always mention that the tenant has to give one months notice from the rent due date and the landlord has to give 2 months notice in the same manner if the agreement is to be ended.
