When they rang to cancel Sky they were told they have a 1 year contract and cannot cancel - even after speaking to 'a manager'. They had planned to move their Sky box to a relative's house but this would not not prevent any new tenant using the phone and internet on the old tenants' account. I am outraged that Sky should try to hi-jack my property in this way and after telling exiting tennant to tell Sky this and that new tenant wanted BT (a fib) it all was suddenly resolved.
