clanmackey Posted May 17, 2010 Report Share Posted May 17, 2010 I own a flat in London which has been rented out via a property lettings/management company for the past 5 years to the same tenant. The tenancy has gone smoothly except that the management company continues to charge a full 15% of the rent annually. As the work is now minimum for for this letting, are there any mechanisms open to me to reduce this high management fee? I am sure many other landlords have faced the same problem?
