dancha Posted April 30, 2010 Report Share Posted April 30, 2010 i want to rent out my house and go and rent somewhere else, my mortgage company say i need a buy to let mortgage but then i need to put 20k down which i just dont have, is there any way around this?? If the latter, have you consulted those driving your move, (e.g. relocating to a new employer, or starting a business), to help with a loan?
