penny81 Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 Hi...can anyone out here advise me. I currently rent a two bed flat with a friend and we both share the rent/tenancy. We've been there for eight months with no problems whatsoever. I would now like my boyfriend to move in and my flat mate agrees. Is this totally not allowed or is it allowed as long as the landlord agrees? Would we need to sign a new contract? anyone know what the options are here? any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
