cath Posted April 17, 2010 Report Share Posted April 17, 2010 OK, so we have one house which used to be a our man residence. This property is now rented out. We brought a second property which we have lived in whilst renting out the other. However, my ex wants to move back to the first property and it will therefore become a home for him and I will live in the second property. We both have our name on both properties.
