salavan Posted March 21, 2010 Report Share Posted March 21, 2010 hi can anyone advise me my tennants A.S.T. has run out and he has been on a periodic tenancy for the last 3 years i need to issue him with a section 21a notice as i now need the property back to live there myself, my problem is apparenty he now has a new girlfriend who moved in with him about a year ago. can anyone tell me if i also need to issue her with a section 21 notice as well, she isn't mentioned on the original A.S.T.
