Looking to invest at least £2m over next 6-12 months in buy to let and currently have £2m of property being let out via agents. Looking to buy off auction - say 1/2 bed flats in Scotland...I am based in Perth Scotland. Probably suit ambitous surveyor/property manager etc. Reasonable salary and attractive bonus avaialble and looking really for a partner to aggressively grow the business over next 3 years.
