TonyW Posted July 8, 2009 Report Share Posted July 8, 2009 Looking at adverts in local papers for property lets I have come across some that state 'Bond required' as well as the more usual 'Deposit required'. My guess is that both Bond and Deposit mean the same in this context so this may be a silly question but is there any difference? A quick search suggests they are the same!
