New build and second hand considered. Proof of funds available and very quick completions. Key points to note are; Apartments and houses considered. 25% plus discount from current RICS valuation. 25% from peak prices. Rental yields in excess of 7% Entire developments purchased. Unfinished developments purchased. Joint venture considered for struggling developers or investors. We have cash available for purchases and are able to complete in a very short space of time for the right deal.
