After placing an advert there today I have been asked if I would consider letting to 3 separate people. Are there any particular laws I must adhere to? What pitfalls may I come across? Do you mean the house has 3 bedrooms? - then no problem you just have to decide wether to do 3 AST's or 1 with them all on. I would do 3 so if one has to go or does not pay the rent you just get that person out.
