contactkay Posted May 15, 2009 Report Share Posted May 15, 2009 I came across a website called Landlords Together where landlords and agents can sign up and basically source good tenants and report bad ones. Has anyone had any experience of this site? Not sure if it is legal to report bad tenants although I wish once evicted they were court ordered to wear a sign until they improved or changed but it seems like a good way to maybe find good tenants of which they are plenty. Such a pity the rotten ones make it so hard for the rest but I guess it's like the bad landlords in the 80's and early 90's and now all the laws favour the tenants. Wouldn't it be lovely to have it resting fairly in the middle so that good tenants and landlords were safe and the rest could feed off each other at the bottom of the pond?
