bluetop Posted May 7, 2009 Report Share Posted May 7, 2009 Can anyone tell me if, after a Section 21 Notice expires there is then a deadline by which possession proceedings have to commence? One of our tenants was served a sec 21 which expired on 19th Jan this year. It was put to one side after we began to get a response from the tenant but he has since reneged on our post sec 21 agreement. We want to commence possession proceedings against him but we do not want to have to issue another sec 21 with the delay that this will entail. Can anyone advise us on this?
