vinvin Posted February 8, 2009 Report Share Posted February 8, 2009 LOL the vultures are out then, Ha Sail its easy, just walk into the local letting agent (NOT an estate agent who has just turned letting agent because of) an independant one who just does lettings, ask them if they have any clients looking for a property, if they have investment clients, they will be happy to help. Have decent details written up tho with pics i.e same as sales particulars. If it is a decent deal, and i mean decent, as proper investors are only looking for a decent deal, i feel sure you will find someone via this method, and more than likely the LA wont charge you a penny cos they will know that they will get another let of the LL........if he buys your property.
