I have the tenant who is to the days late with rent

I have a tenant who is two days late with her rent she is on a six-month tenancy agreement and has payed one months rent in advance and one month deposit I rent the house as four individual rooms I have tried to ring her but she just hangs her phone up and I know she is not the IN house at the moment. I want some advice on how I can deal with this matter I have done eviction from start to finish I have to send her rent demand letters but I know she's not in the house and if she does not come back in four weeks I don't know how to go about getting my room back many thanks Mac
