MissO Posted November 3, 2008 Report Share Posted November 3, 2008 Hi Everyone, I have been a landlady for many years both in the conventional way, ae having long term tenants, but I've also been running a Holiday Let business for quite a few years and with what's going on in the financial world today it's been a real life saviour as the rental income from that business is hugely superior to the standard rental income. For a one bedroom apartment in Wood Green (as some of you know it’s not considered the nicests of areas) my rental income is over £3000 per month...not a word of a lie.
