The manager of the company has just been made redundant by them, (although they are still trading) and he has contacted me direct offering to take on the management. I have dealt with him for years and would like to continue to do so but I am concerned about the following:- 1). I have a contract with the lettings company - would I be able to change? 2). The agency hold the tenants deposit - how would this work? 3). The agency hold the file containing information on rent paid to date!. Any advice would be a help!!.
