cedars
We are finding it really difficult to find companies who are still willing to offer buy to let mortgages in this market to small time property developers, most of them have been withdrawn. We have just found another property and agreed a purchase, but are struggling with funding. Can you recommend anyone!!
CH1
You could try The Moneycentre -they are quite good if a tad on the expensive side so if they were able to find anything I'd negotiate their fee first and see what LTV's they have sourced as 85% LTV are becoming rarer. I was lucky to complete on 90% LTV a few months ago (not via moneycentre) however had to push the lender directly myself to clinch the deal there is only so much mortgage brokers do if lender says no. Simon Dewsberry
Today email rcd from money centre: Make sure you don't have unused equity If you have bought property over the last few years then now may be a great time to reinvest. Recent research from Nationwide* shows that you might be sitting on more equity than you think - despite recent price falls, the average price of a house is still 9% higher than 3 years ago. Take advantage of the credit crunch With more properties available below market value and rental demand continuing to grow across the UK, now is a good time to consider using any equity to buy more property. Call me now about increasing your portfolio. I'll be happy to discuss your funding strategy and also help you find discounted properties. I look forward to hearing from you.
