Fallenangel
Can anyone give me advice on how to proceed forward. My tenants of 2 years or so have gradually failed to pay my rent. The management company have been totally useless and just watched this situation develop into the tenants owing me approx £3.5k!!!. Yesterday the tenants dropped the keys into one of their outlying offices and have basically cleared the house out of their possessions and done a runner. No forwarding address or anything!!! The management company have failed to respond to my calls. I feel that they have been totally incompetent. What are my options now? Any help would be greatfully received. J4L
Appalling state of affairs, LA has got to be reponsible for this. It beggars belief that some Agents let Tenants get into this amount of debt when there really is no need. Agree with Simon, DC letter should get them to pull their fingers out and try and do something to recover your money.
