Write to them in the same tone that you would your tenant. Explain the problem with finding the tenant, list the faults and remind them that the obligation to rectify the problem is thiers as much as it is the tenants and what they gonna do about it. Use deposit to offset rent first and remainder against damages, claiming back any losses.
