sjc Posted April 29, 2008 Report Share Posted April 29, 2008 Topic description says it all really - most of my communication with the tenant has been via email, so I have a catalogue of his excuses as to why he hasn't paid rent for three months but will this hold up when I take him to a small claims court for unpaid rent?
