SPEEDTWIN Posted April 4, 2008 Report Share Posted April 4, 2008 If the tenant is still on remand HB will still be paid but as soon as he recieves a prison term it stops. I had something similar, served s21 to property and to the prison and got in contact with his sister who arranged for the belongings to be removed.
