dlyricist Posted March 13, 2008 Report Share Posted March 13, 2008 Dear All, I've noticed a lot of LL choose payments via Standing order saying only companies can set this up, though I have been able to setup Direct debit via Nationwide to relatives with ease. I don't see or understand the benefits of Standing order over setting up a Direct debit instruction. I know they work similar and there are a only a few pointed differences, but essentially why do LL not use Direct debits over Standing orders more often considering their ease of use?
