He then noticed, receiving letters from Bank addressed to unknown person. One day He opened one of the the letters and it seems that some money was borrowed from that bank by a person who did not live at all there. As they did not repay the balance, Now the property is black listed. My friend only came to know recently when one of the current tenants who is living there now, has been asked to close the bank account due to credit check. My question is how can My friend remove his property from black list. (He is not interested about the closed bank account) He want to save his property from bad name. Please advise.
