Simon Dewsberry
Hi lavy last i heard it was oct 08 not aug ... a epc is an "energy performance cert...same as you need for a hip ...initially they werre talking about a new one at every T change ....but now seem to be valid for 10 years ...cost expected to be £100 - £150 per prop ...we wait, we see all for the benefit of the T ...so guess it is only fair to charge them for it !!!! SPEEDTWIN
I have been quoted prices as low as 60-80 quid for 1 & 2 bed flats. I think it will be best to get them a bit earlier than needed when the new inpectors are not VAT registered.
