rog6oo Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 Hi, I just bought my first BTL property which is being tidied up at the moment, I was hoping to have it ready by the beginning of Dec, however as I'm 200 miles away and a shift worker, more like Jan 08. Anyways, my question is regards Tenancy Agreement Paperwork, should this be drawn up by a solicitor or do you download a standard copy somewhere?
