hi, i have just vacated my property thanks to real useful info and personal support from some of the forum members..thanks again.. can anyone please send me an update ast agreement examplar to update my own current version from the local estate agent, which i have been told is not very good. i dont ever hopefully want to fall into a grey area, and having a tenant taking advantage unfairly and not leaving at the end of the tenancy. new update can include anything which landlords may feel to be useful and protecting their propery.thanks
