J4L Posted November 6, 2007 Report Share Posted November 6, 2007 bel, remember that T should cover reasonable costs of readvertising the property and should remain responsible until the property is tenanted. A newspaper ad or an agent may not always get you that new tenant within a day or so, and if it does T's usually can't move in for a few weeks because they may have to give notice themselves on the house they are at so take all this into account.
